Rs. 10,000 for a plate of Samosa

I came across an interesting piece of news this morning and thought it would be exciting to put it up here. A Dutch couple had to shell out Rs. 10,000 for a plate of Somasa. The shopkeeper claimed it had special herbs and the poor couple had to relent....see the complete story here
